Subdermal Laser / Endolift – Facial

Introduction

Subdermal Laser, also known as Endolift-style laser treatment, is an advanced minimally invasive procedure designed to improve skin laxity, stimulate collagen production, and refine facial contours without surgical lifting.

Using an ultra-fine optical fibre inserted beneath the skin, controlled laser energy is delivered into the subdermal tissues to stimulate collagen remodelling, tissue contraction, and progressive skin tightening.

The treatment may also help improve contour definition in selected areas by supporting connective tissue remodelling and reducing small localised fat deposits where appropriate.

How the Procedure Works

Following a personalised facial assessment and treatment mapping, local anaesthetic is applied to support comfort during the procedure.

A very fine optical microfibre is inserted beneath the skin without surgical incisions. Controlled laser energy is then delivered into the deeper tissue layers to stimulate:
